Hi, I'm Dougie, I'm the Regional Manager for Vic & SA at Hope Change, where I combine leadership, legal know-how, and business strategy with a genuine passion for helping others thrive. I've got a background in law and business, plus qualifications in fitness. I'm all about progress with heart.
Jessica Cooke
Hi, I’m Jess. I’m the Operations Manager at Hope Change and a mum to a young daughter. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and well‑run environment for both participants and staff, and I take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on providing quality support and positive outcomes.

Hi, I'm Lily. I’m a mum, grandmother, and great‑grandmother, and I bring many years of experience supporting people with complex needs. As a Positive Behaviour Specialist, I’m passionate about understanding behaviour, building trust, and supporting individuals and their families in a respectful, person‑centred way to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes.
Jasmin Bell
Hi, I'm Jasmin, Administration Manager at Hope Change. I have over 10 years' experience supporting children with diverse needs through early childhood education. As someone who is neurodivergent, I find I connect deeply with the people I support. Outside of work, I'm a busy mum to young kids. We love getting out into the community and doing arts and crafts.

Hi, I’m Amika, I'm a Team Leader at Hope Change being a mum of 2 I've had to learn how to be patient and helpful to the younger generation. I have a background in the fitness industry and have always thrived in helping people. It is very rewarding experience watching people reach their goals in life. I'm a great listener, a positive and supportive person and will always make sure our participants are heard.

Hi, I'm Dan. I take a personalised, supportive approach to my work, aiming to build strong, respectful connections with those I support. I'm passionate about Dungeons & Dragons, sci-fi and fantasy, LARP, arts and crafts, and smoking American BBQ meats. I'm also a proud husband and dad to two young kids which brings a lot of patience and care into everything I do.

Hi, I'm Deb, a Support Worker at Hope Change. I have over 13 years' experience working in childcare, supporting children with diverse needs and abilities. My passion has always been helping others grow, build confidence and feel supported in their everyday lives. Outside of work, I'm a proud wife and proud mum to two young adult boys. I love hosting gatherings at home and spending time with family and friends especially when it involves a good board or card game!

Hi, I'm Jayde. I do support coordination as well as support work at Hope Change. I'm someone who genuinely loves helping others and making their day a little easier. After caring for my grandpa in 2025, I realised how much I value being able to support people and create moments of comfort. I connect easily with others and enjoy being someone people can rely on.
